Probate Application
From start to finish in what has proved to be quite a long process Charlotte has proved to be professional, efficient, extremely patient and has dealt with everything required without issue. I would not hesitate to ask Charlotte's assistance again if needed and would recommend both her and Sweeney Miller to anyone else requiring a similar service.

Drawing up of a will
The help and assistance I received from Charlotte Cairns was excellent from start to finish. Very professional and helpful at all times.
The only thing I was unhappy with was that copies of my original documents went missing after being handed in at reception.

Probate application
Everyone I dealt with was very professional, friendly, helpful and also sympathetic of the fact I'd lost my Mam. Charlotte Cairns was the main person I dealt with. I returned to Sweeney Miller after a positive experience with a different department there when purchasing my home and have already planned to use them to draw up a will for me.

Professional and diligent service
First class and friendly service from all staff I met at the Newcastle office. Ms Cairns handled my will writing with diligence and patience, she ensured that I was able to check and amend my drafts several times before I finalised the document.
