I first contacted Gepps solicitors because they were in Chelmsford and near the courts . My problem being a tenant sueing me for the return of the deposit . I found this situation very stressful and unjust. When I spoke with Natasha she was very helpful very knowledgable and very understanding . Because of her manner I asked if she would defend me . She agreed and from that moment I got my life back. She wrote to the tenants explaining the situation and the outcome was they dropped the case. I will always be very grateful and would not hesitate to recommend her and of course Gepps for employing her.

I recently had the privilege of working with Natasha on a particularly complex and emotionally challenging case involving the settlement of my late parents' estate. One of the major hurdles was tracking down a company that had ceased trading, which made the entire process even more daunting. From the very first telephone call, Natasha was a beacon of support, showing an incredible level of compassion and understanding during such a sad and difficult time.

Possession and Tenancy advice relating to occupation
Natasha was excellent throughout. When having to navigate the minefield of regaining possession of my rental property from a Tenant who refused to leave the Help and advice given by Natasha was excellent. she ensured she was always available to answer my questions and offer ensure i was protected throughout the process of evicting the tenant. i would definitely recommend her and will make sure i contact her again if i am ever in this unfortunate position again in the future.

An excellent solicitor and even greater human behind the title.
Nobody would ever choose to be a defendant in a case, the choice I would make is to have Natasha by our side again. Natasha is truly a supportive, empathetic, hardworking, honest, clear-talking solicitor who is able to see through the complex minutiae and deal with us as humans. Our case was dispute resolution regarding building work and I think we would all describe it as a rollercoaster ride across several years with many twists and turns. Having Natasha by our side didn't necessarily make all the problems go away but there's no one else I could recommend more to sit next to you, should you find yourself strapped in.
Natasha is on the ball across multiple channels of work and yet she always has the time to keep you in the loop in a really human way. From clear language and signposting of what's expected and at what time, to explaining legal processes and checking in to make sure everything hasn't got too overwhelming. Natasha is an awesome person, she also happens to be awesome at what she does, these qualities we will always be thankful for.
We dealt with Gepp for several years and Natasha from shortly after she joined. The company as a whole have been fantastic, the advice has remained consistent, clear and polite across all colleagues dealt with. Gepp seem happy to work with you, rather than for you.

Excellent, Outstanding, Impressed !

Property Dispute- Excellent Service
From the first meeting with Natasha, we knew we were in safe hands! Natasha has been incredible from start to finish during our proceedings.
