Preparation of new Will and Enduring Power of Attorney.
I found Harriet’s support in preparing these legal documents reassuring and patient. It was difficult for me to face the need to put these measures in place and she made a difficult task a little easier.

Professional Service
What great service we received from Harriet reviewing our wills. It was complicated wills + we were talked through the process in a professional manner with clear explanations for terms we did not understand. Highly recommended. From our experience my mother updated her will and my uncle will be updating his will following our experience and recommendation

Wills
Harriet was not only helpful and knowledgeable but made suggestions that we would never have thought of. This was without pressure to go a certain way.

Excellent service on will and speedy probate
Harriet was very understanding when we were dealing with the loss of my father and the affairs of his estate, she was thorough, efficient and communicated really well through-out the entire process. She also helped us through the probate experience with excellent advice and managed to get the probate through much quicker than expected. I highly recommend Ashtons, the service and efficiency was excellent and Harriet was very personable.

Above and Beyond
