Katie was wonderful!
This is the second time Katie has completed our conveyancing and she is always excellent.
However when Katie was on holiday, responses were slower than usual.

We've Used Them Two Years Running
We instructed Woollens last year in the purchase of a property and were very happy with the service of Katie Drummond and team as well as the very reasonable cost. Therefore when looking for a lawyer to add my wife to the deeds on a different property we own, we immediately went to Woollens again and again, have been very happy with the service and cost. Highly recommended for your property law requirements.

Excellent service from Wollens
I was delighted with the service I received. This turned out to be a complicated and frustrating sale (through no fault of Wollens). Despite this, I found all of the staff went out of their way to smooth the process as much as they could. They were very approachable & efficient.
I would particularly like to thank Katie Drummond, Nicky McDermott & David Eastman (who went above and beyond in Katies absence). I will thoroughly recommend Wollens to others.

Very helpful for first time buying a house

Excellent Service
Wollens were recommended by my Estate Agents and I asked them to act for the sale of my original property and the purchase of the new one. The price matched the quotation from the outset. I hadn't bought/sold a property for 28 years and both Katie Drummond and her assistant Nicky McDermott were supportive, patient, proactive and always available by email or phone. Excellent.

Property sale and purchase
In handling the sale of my property to what was an impatient and sometime bullying purchaser, Katie handled everything in a calm diffusing manner.
On the purchase of my new flat Katie face a management group that were disorganised, unhelpful and disingenuous in their answers. At all times Katie kept on track and has seen the purchase through to a successful conclusion despite the building managements groups best efforts to do otherwise.

Buying a flat at 90
Advancing age and health problems (a seeming inability to remain upright) necessitated my move at a late stage in my life.
There were times when the enormity of the move seemed too much, but Katie Drummond was always efficient, kindly and reassuring. I was deeply grateful to her. The service I received from Wollens was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
