My third time purchasing property and how I wish I'd discovered this law firm sooner!
Jennifer, Lesley and Claire worked on my purchase and I cannot think of a single fault. They were responsive to everything in a timely manner, got the sale through thoroughly and to the date I wanted. It generally felt like they were really working in my best interest (I wasn't just another number).
Being a local law firm was clearly evident, as their knowledge was exceptional.

House Sale
From the moment we were in contact, with the Sale of our Mothers House. We were completely informed on the level of negotiations. Not once did we have to ask how far it was going. It went completely smoothly, all done in one month. Highly recommend.

Exceptional Service
I had the pleasure of working with Jennifer Thomas for the sale of my property. This was not an easy sale and I cannot express how amazing Jennifer was. Transfer of Property Ownership
I needed the title of my property to be transferred from my sole name to joint names with my wife. Jennifer (Thomas) managed this transaction for us, and was extremely professional, courteous, prompt, effective and kept communicating with us at all times. I could not have asked for a better process or outcome. Fully recommend Jennifer.

Sale of a property - my experience
I had to sell the property of my late Aunt. I found my dealings Clifton Ingram (Jennifer in particular, but other staff too) very easy. Everything was done in a timely manner, I was kept informed. Costs were controlled. Very simple, which given the circumstances was just what I needed.

New mortgage
I went to clifton & ingram for help with my new mortgage deal which wasn't straight forward due to lots of factors & help to buy being one of them !
I had Jennifer Thomas help me complete mine who I couldn't be more pleased with she was brilliant at communicating from start to finish & went above & beyond to help me get everything done on time.
Would highly recommend & will be using them again in a few years again also!

Excellent and professional service from start to end
Jennifer oversaw the sale of my property and purchase of a new one.
Every question or query I sent to Jennifer via email or call was followed up quickly and in full. I never found I had to chase anything and the process was genuinely as smooth as moving house can possibly be due to the great work her and the team did.
Will definitely use them again and will recommend to anyone i know that requires the service.

Highly recommended
Clifton Ingram took on the conveyancing of the sale of my property to my local authority and the purchase of a new ‘part by part rent’ property. Both of these were complicated, but I was allocated two solicitors,one to work on the sale and one for the purchase . We completed six weeks later . I’m so impressed and would definitely recommend the Wokingham office !
