Excellent conveyancing
Jennifer is probably the best conveyancing solicitor I have ever used, and I've used a few over the years. Always responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend.

House Sale

Exceptional Service

Transfer of Property Ownership
I needed the title of my property to be transferred from my sole name to joint names with my wife. Jennifer (Thomas) managed this transaction for us, and was extremely professional, courteous, prompt, effective and kept communicating with us at all times. Sale of a property - my experience
I had to sell the property of my late Aunt. I found my dealings Clifton Ingram (Jennifer in particular, but other staff too) very easy. Everything was done in a timely manner, I was kept informed. Costs were controlled. Very simple, which given the circumstances was just what I needed.

New mortgage
I went to clifton & ingram for help with my new mortgage deal which wasn't straight forward due to lots of factors & help to buy being one of them !
I had Jennifer Thomas help me complete mine who I couldn't be more pleased with she was brilliant at communicating from start to finish & went above & beyond to help me get everything done on time.
Would highly recommend & will be using them again in a few years again also!
