Fast and efficient
This is the first time I have used Sills and Betteridge for my conveyancing but second time conveyancing with Dawn Daly. Dawn completed the conveyancing very quickly on the property I purchased 5 years ago when working for another solicitor and was excellent completing to a tight deadline for me. When I came to sell the property, I found Dawn had move to another solicitor hence my switch to Sills and Betteridge and again I was very pleased with the fast efficient service. Will use again without hesitation.

Hassle-free Conveyancing
Sills & Betteridge undertook the conveyancing of our parents' house, on behalf of myself and my siblings. The whole process took well over a year, because the house sat on the market for that length of time, and this fact - as well as the amount of paperwork necessarily involved - threatened to become overwhelming at times. At every turn however someone was there, often in person and always immediately, to reassure and explain and provide help/support/whatever was required, which ultimately made the whole process far less daunting. There were never any delays and every part of the contract we signed was upheld in the most professional way, without ever being officious or intimidatory - quite the opposite, in fact, as everyone we dealt with was approachable, friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you to all at Sills & Betteridge, Howden, for making a difficult task so much easier.
