Brilliant professional help
In August last year, the morning of our first day of holiday, I broke my foot by stepping into a quite deep pothole in an alley in the holiday village. You can imagine the pain and the frustration of getting our holidays ruined by no fault of mine. We had to return home the same day, after going through ER, doctors, xrays.
We decided that the company responsible for the negligence should be made aware of this, since they have been of no assistance at all.
My son spoke with one of the Mooneerams solicitors, Mr Gareth Edwards, and was offered promptly help and advice. Mooneerams took care of everything related to the lawsuit regarding my personal injury claim.
I am happy to say that the lawsuit was successful and we won. It wasn't easy because the defendant denied liability, however thanks to the professional team of solicitors that worked on my case, the defendant had to accept and pay for their negligence.
I would highly recommend Mooneerams to all the people who need a solicitor but loathe taking care of the formal aspects of their claim.
They are experts, able to deliver a professional service with integrity, extremely helpful and can be relied upon to get your claim resolved favourably.

Personal injury
I was a bit apprehensive of starting my claim because I’ve never had to deal with anything like this before, however after speaking to Gareth Edwards at Mooneerams and getting advice from him, I knew straight away that I could put my trust in him.
Gareth has been so knowledgable and professional throughout the whole process and has kept me updated every single step of the way.

Unbelievable result!
I contacted Mooneerams to see if they do claims for a dog attack. Gareth contacted me and had a chat with me about how they could help me. It all sounded simple and straightforward so I went ahead with the claim. The whole way through the process Gareth kept me informed with updates and even if there wasn’t any new updates he would still check in with me from time to time to let me know what was going on. He gave me realistic time frames at each stage. I was absolutely amazed by the result from my claim and didn’t expect half as much as what Gareth and the team got for me. I’m absolutely delighted with the result and would have no hesitation at all in recommending Gareth and the team.

Faith in your client
After suffering broken teeth at a funfair Moonerans took on my case for damages. It was a he said/ she said situation but after 5 long years with covid in the mix my solicitor Gareth Edwards successfully won me damages for the long term treatment I am going to need. I was 11 when I had my teeth broken and now 16 so the fact Moonerans stood by me and had faith in me as a witness there are not enough words to thank them for the support and not giving up on me and my mum. Would recommend Gareth and Moonerans for their perseverance when I am not sure there are many solicitors who would have continued for this long and gave me the confidence to continue to get damages for what was a painful and upsetting experience Thank you.

Excellent service
I am very happy with the service that Gareth gave my claim and the professionalism of How He advised me on my claim to. The company did everything they said they do for me from organising my appointments to keeping me up-to-date on how my claim was progressing phone calls. Emails for service was excellent. I can definitely recommend the company

Car crash claim
Gareth and the team at moonerams have been absolutely excellent with in handling my ongoing issues since having my car crash. They even went above and beyond to find a therapist who could do zoom calls as I was very anxious driving to appointments. Since start to finish they were a friendly, considerate and professional business who completely put my mind at ease with everything they did for me.
