I was really impressed by the team at HFL during my divorce. They were excellent from start to finish, with excellent advice and support. As well as communicating clearly throughout, and providing superb advice, they were also empathetic and good at listening and understanding how stressful the situation was. I mainly dealt with Andrew Meehan and Emma Doughty, who were fantastic. They responded quickly and flexibly whatever happened and gave very good, calm, clear advice. Laura Mounsey was also extremely capable and efficient. A really professional and dedicated law firm.

Andrew Meehan was recommended to me by a friend who thought I would need the best for my divorce – and she was right. My divorce was a distressing process for me and Andrew's advice was accurate and I felt confident of him throughout. I also worked with Emma Doughty and both were extremely professional and friendly. It would have been easy to give up and accept a poor settlement offer from my ex-husband but they both helped me to remain strong whilst obtaining the financial information withheld from my ex-husband. I can now look back at this chapter of my life and know that I have no regrets as I received what I was entitled to from my divorce. I was also very happy with their recommendations for other professionals such as my Barrister and Conveyancing Solicitor. I would have no hesitation in recommending Harrogate Family Law to anybody needing divorce services.
