Excellent guy
John was amazing from start to finish. Always responds promptly, always clear and checks understanding. Very kind and patient when my expectations were unrealistic. We have used John 3 times and won’t hesitate to go back to him in the future.

Everything went smoothly. Would have preferred 5 minutes phone or face to face conversation but managed through emails.

John made it a smooth purchase and sale
It doesn't matter from what part of the country you are in John Taylor and the team at Pepperells does a fantastic job..
He was professional in his approach dotted and crossed all the t's and it's, explained anything we wasn't sure about. Got the sellers to set up insurance 's for the parts we needed.

Amazing response time
Used Pepperells for my first home. John Taylor was fantastic. What i liked most from John was his response time. Other solicitors make you feel like you're wasting their time by asking questions. Not here 👍 will definitely use again
