AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Megan has been in charge of my case and I'm totally dissatisfied with the treatment I'm getting. No update on the purchase (going into 3 months now). Megan regularly ignores my emails and calls, purchase delayed 5 times now and no update from Megan. If I knew this ahead of time I would never go with this firm.

Abominable Firm
I only ever received communication when I was able to push contact myself (which was not easy around my own work since there was rarely anyone answering calls after 4pm).
Multiple documents were misplaced.
Some requests including HM Land Registry were not completed.
Completion of house purchase was delayed twice with an additional attempt at a 3rd delay which had incredible impacts on finance and health over 2 months.
The firm were repeatedly dishonest with the other solicitors and myself - especially on the day of completion.
When I made a complaint about the lack of work accountability, delays and additional costs I was simply told "you will need to make other arrangements" and offered a pittance reduction in fees.

Megan (Crowley) was fantastic
Our biggest purchase and the first time not buying a new house, we had concerns the transaction would be difficult and take a long time but Megan was really helpful and responded/chased to enquiries etc quickly and efficiently

Excellent service throughout
PM Property Lawyers kept me well informed through the entire process of my property purchase, either by phone, email or via their app. I will remember this company in future and would recommend it to anyone.

Great service
Didn't give up chasing when there were frustrating delays. The teams always worked hard to get responses, and went above and beyond. We had 3 solicitors, who all did an amazing job.
