Our Recent Property Sale
Louise Wilson and her team member Caitlin Dullaghan acted in our recent house sale.
The transaction was largely dealt with by and our main point of contact was Caitlin.
Although the transaction was fairly straightforward, there was an element of time constraint. It was evident that Caitlin was aware of this pressure throughout the process and she was proactive in managing expectations and liaising effectively and efficiently with all parties. Any questions raised by us were dealt with, not only professionally but also and equally importantly, using a ‘common sense’ and ‘real life’ approach which was greatly appreciated by us.
