She completed a Paralegal course in 2008 and has completed Level 3 - CILEX. She became an Associate in April 2021. Wills & Powers of Attorney
I have known Amanda since 2015 when she completed my parents affairs. Having lost my wife, her affairs and my new will and LPA needed updating which she did sequentially to completion. I found her to be very kind and professional in what has been very difficult circumstances. Her relaxed manner goes a long way.

Probate
I have known Ashtons for over 30 years and have always had a very good relationship. Amanda dealt with both of my parents probates and now my late wifes. She builds a strong rapport with me and conducts business in a calm and professional manner. She is very good with people.

Location of deceased mothers will
Being unable to locate my deceased mothers will Ashtons Legal (Amanda Smitherman) were tasked with helping us in the search for it. We now have possession of the said will and other relevant documents which, without their excellent help, I don't think would have been possible. They were very knowledgeable, approachable and understanding during this stressful time which was greatly appreciated.

Will & LPA
I am extremely grateful to Ashtons Legal in particular to the person looking after me. I could not have wished for anyone else.
