AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I have experienced problems from start to finish, please avoid this company and these solicitors at all costs. There was little to no communication throughout the process and countless mistakes made that caused delays and issues further down the line. You cannot speak to either solicitor on the phone as you will be constantly told they are 'busy' or 'in a meeting'. The whole process was frustrating and tedious. I was constantly drafting emails and doing their work for them, begging for them to forward on the information I had provided to the relevant people. I found the solicitors rude, lazy, and they act like you are an inconvenience to them, despite charging a considerable fee. Please spend your money elsewhere!!

GN Law Review
The firm in Huddersfield definitely needs additional solicitors. We felt that there were delays in answering E-mails when one of them was unavailable. The Secretary, Susan Philips is excellent and successfully liaised, when necessary and is professional, proactive, efficient, friendly and provides a first class service to Customers. Without her we would have been even more frustrated waiting for replies and up dates from the Solicitors.

Love Love Love ❤️
Do you enjoy non-existent service, long delays and pure incompetence? Then GN Law is for you.
Recommended by the estate agents for my property sale. Paulette and Sue assigned to the case.
I was honoured to be put on their Premium service from the get-go: completely hands off. So hands off in fact, that even Paulette and Sue didn’t ever put their hands on!
Fantastic for those that relish unanswered phone calls, lost documents and missing out onward chains.
Great that they also include ‘assisted end-of-life’ treatment as part of their service: Guaranteed to shave off a few years from your life expectancy.
Fun fact 1: Did you know… GN actually stands for Good for Nothing. It’s true!
Fun fact 2: Did you know… Paulette and Sue are world class ‘hide and seek’ players. I’m actually yet to find them after 7 months!
Highly recommend for those without a pulse!

Conveyance Service
Whilst the process took rather a long time the efficiency towards the end was fantastic.

Do not use
Huge regrets using this company. DO NOT USE you have been warned. Never reply to emails never answer phone calls and if by some lucky chance they do its “ we will get back to you “ and then never do .
What is a joke is on the bad reviews there asking people to call to discuss there problems ….. I think there having a little laugh at this know they don’t answer there phones.

Would give zero stars if allowed
The process has taken 4 months to complete a simple equity transfer that I was contemplating doing myself but didn't have the time to spend. Was recommended GN Law after using, & paying for, Homeward Legal's Completely Moved service. Even the most basic of interactions has either taken a very long time or I've been offered scant or inaccurate advice - for instance I was informed that only I needed to carry out a credentials check & then when nothing happened for a period of time I queried this to be told that they were waiting on my wife's credentials check despite previously telling me the opposite. They also moved office but failed to inform me of their new address despite me having to send signed for paperwork to them. This is typical of the poor level of service provided that carried on over the course of 4 months - I would never use or recommend this firm again.

Communication not a strong point
Various solicitors handled file. Limited reviews so same information was requested on numerous occasions. Incorrect advice given which delayed progress of sale. Requested phone calls to speed up process and avoid lots of emails. These requests were ignored. The last couple of weeks Sue looked after the file and she got the sale over the line. Wouldn’t use this firm or the Brokers again.

Poor communication and took way to long
Impossible to speak to, or get a call back from an actual legal professional. No updates, no timelines, poor quality communication, always had to try pushing things along. Zero proactively. 6 months is too long for a cash land purchase.
