I specialise in Private Client work and can assist you in all aspects of wills, probate including intestacy, powers of attorney, Court of Protection applications and trusts and tax planning. I am friendly and approachable and aim to provide clear, practical advice in a straightforward way. I particularly enjoy getting to know our clients and building a strong working relationship. I am a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Excellent Service
I returned to Hatch Brenner as they have dealt with other legal issues in the past and they have always been very helpful and supportive.
I had to update my Will and Hatch Brenner were the best Solicitors. I had to travel from Somerset to Norwich but it was worth the journey

Probate
i only wish we had used Dawn at Hatch Brenner from the beginning, it would have been dealt with much quicker , easier and handled professionally from the start.
Dawn took over my fathers probate case and she has been superb. This wasn't straightforward but it was much easier since shes has been dealing. Couldn't recommend dawn more highly.

Deed of Probate
the whole process was simple, easy to understand, the lawyer Mrs Dawn Parkes of Hatch Brenner was compassionate, understanding, & efficient. The whole process of deed of probate for my husbands will took less than one month. Pain free.
