Selling my property which I had owned for 18 years was stressful for me as I struggled to let it go. However, Maria and Amelia understood where I was coming from and we’re kind and helpful all the way through the process.

Super Service!
Tebo was really helpful with the purchase of our house. This was our first home and we didn't have a clue what needed to be done or timings, but knew we wanted it to happen asap. Tebo was great, really patient with all our random questions, talked us through every step of the way and made it happen super fast! Will now only use Tebo should we ever move again... and if we need any other legal assistance, Churchers will be our first port of call now.

Sale and Purchase of Main Residence
All documentation was forwarded quickly even though we were abroad at the initiation of the process Communications throughout the process were good and detailed. Mr Sebitlo was extremely helpful during our contract meeting. Everything went fairly smoothly from exchange to completion and we are now enjoying our new home

Sale of house
All aspects were carried out promptly. We had to wait a few months before the sale went through but emails and a couple of phone calls near completion date to keep us updated. On completion day, all went through quickly.
