Laura was wonderful at speaking simply and clearly enough for my partner to understand and be able to answer without much difficulty at all which is always a massive worry for him meeting new people and panicking having to speak to them. She was very patient did not rush him at all and let him nip for a breather when he needed a break from questions she accomplished everything he wanted from our appointment and he got the outcome he desired so is very happy and would very much recommend them to use and would use himself again in future if the need arise. Obviously I can not go into details suffice to say that the matter was highly stressed and emotional. Laura and her team did everything they could to help me be more relaxed, listened to everything and took my rambling manner, boiled it down and formulated a case winning set of statements. Where do I start? I’ve had possibly the worst experience of my life unfortunately being in a case with social services and I was told to contact Laura @ Pepperalls Solicitors. I used Langley's 1st spent 27k and didn't look good for me in court.
Looked up different solicitors out of York. Pepperells just picked it as it's unusual name. 1st call was a lady with softy comforting well mannered voice.
