Bethany Kyle
Solicitor
Bethany is a solicitor in our Medical Negligence team. She works closely with Natalie Cosgrove, acting on a wide range of claims but specialising in cases involving families and individuals who have suffered baby loss and catastrophic injury as a consequence of substandard maternity and neonatal care. Bethany has an individual particular interest in cases arising out of poor maternity and neonatal care and represents many families who are currently involved in various reviews and CQC interventions across the country, as well as supporting families through complaints to the Nursing and Midwifery Council, the CQC and the GMC. Bethany qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and has over eight years of experience working in the injury sector, working in a niche London firm specialising in high-value injury claims. Bethany's experience has given her insight into deep trauma and how the negligence of others can change an innocent person’s life without their control or say, as well as the psychology of trauma and how to best support her clients in a respectful, supportive and validating way. Bethany is experienced in working with vulnerable clients and those who have been subjected to significant trauma. She always puts the wellbeing and needs of her clients first and prides herself on making the litigation process as efficient and pain-free as possible. Bethany thrives in being able to help people who have been subjected to the most difficult of circumstances through no fault of their own, to be able to elevate their voice, to get answers and to be a support where many doors have been closed to them. Bethany is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). Outside of work, Bethany enjoys eating good food, skiing and spending time with her family (especially her golden retriever, Bernie!)
