First home purchase
Emma, has been amazing during my first home purchase, throughout the process Emma guided me each step of the way and made sure I understood all the relevant details. I can't thank Emma enough for always answering my questions and there were a lot!

Sale of property
The conveyancing process in order to sell my parents flat in Manchester was undertaken by Emma Jeffrey who had to deal with the very unusual circumstance of my sister; POA for our parents, passing away suddenly early on in the process and at this devastating time I had to take over as now sole, POA. Emma was very understanding, professional and helpful in navigating me through the processes at a very difficult and challenging time and even to the point where she was aware of the funeral date and took note to ensure I did not receive any phone calls etc at that time. I cannot thank Emma enough for her support and compassion, always calm, giving clear instructions as to what I needed to do and keeping me updated on the sale progress. Thank you.

Great Experience
Working was Emma was a really fruitful and pleasant experience. She was very patient with all my questions while being very meticulous and organized to make sure that things progress in a timely manner and at the same time protecting my rights. Her knowledge and expertise enabled her to hold the negotiations with the other party solicitors in a very professional manner and at the end all parties were very satisfied with the outcome.
