Challenging Victory
This case was challenging for everyone and took longer than usual. Like many who go through the process of moving home, I found it incredibly stressful at the time, but the difficulties were beyond both mine and Zahra's control. not the service you would expect
Selling a house is stressful, so you would expect your solicitor to keep you updated and inform you about the progress of the case. Unfortunately, I haven't experienced that with Leadenhall Group. In the beginning, when the case was on track, my solicitors were very good and helpful. However, when the case became complicated and took longer than usual (I'm talking about three months here), my case was no longer a priority. There were no answers to my calls, no callbacks, and I was not informed if queries were received or sent. I was constantly chasing for information.
I wasn't even aware of the exchange date; it was done at the last minute. I had to cross London to sign the contract, and they made me wait for a long time.
In summary, if your case is simple, Leadenhall Group is a good solicitor company. However, if there are delays, your stress levels may increase significantly.

Excellent support
Zahra [and also Claudia Rajkumar who started working with me before her leave] did an amazing job. Super organized, clear communication and follow up. It was my first purchase and I was a bit nervous with lots of questions but Zahra was quick to answer emails and schedule quick phone calls to explain doubts and steps.
