Being new to Newbury I chose Gardner Leader due to their prominent position in the town centre.
I was very happy with the way Marie Verney helped me navigate through the probate process. The actual grant was issued very quickly in my opinion..

After the unexpected passing of close family we reached out to Gardner Leader who paired us with Marie. She was compassionate, friendly, and understanding of our situation and our needs, and answered all our questions from the beginning, no matter how large or small. She was clear about the process and kept us up to date on the progress, which was very fast and efficient. Our needs changed part way through and she proactively helped us contact the appropriate department and arrange meetings with professionals outside Gardner Leader when needed, even at very short notice. Nobody wants to deal with the loss of a loved one, but Marie made the process much easier and simpler than we expected. We highly recommend her services and those of her colleagues at Gardner Leader and were continually impressed with their speed and high standards.

Gardner Leader gave us professional support in dealing with my late sister's estate. It was complicated and highly emotional, but our solicitor guided us through with great professionalism, sensitivity and kindness. She responded promptly to every one of my emails and was completely in command of every aspect of the situation. I can't thank her enough for her help and advice during what was a very testing time.
