Probate application
Saw an advert online for Pepperills and a fixed fee for Probate, was put in touch with Libby who was supported by a local office near me I applied regarding my late father’s estate. The process was timely, Libby was very supportive friendly and professional. I was granted probate in a couple of months much quicker than expected. Extremely happy with the service recommend to all.

Libby was very polite, friendly and knowledgible. We both felt very comfortable and confident with the whole procedure. The process documentation was clear and concise, the explanations and expectations were clearly stated.

Good efficient service
Staff very professional, and helpful & informative. Explained everything I needed to know and answered all questions. Good follow up appointment. Only downside no parking on premises (Lincoln) & nearby car park full

Efficient friendly service

Friendly, efficient and helpful
Libby handled our case via zoom, phone and email. She organised our appointments and all of our paperwork seamlessly, and dealt with our queries promptly. Although we didn't need extra assistance, Libby was extremely approachable and encouraged us to contact her if we needed support. She took the time to listen carefully and ensured that we had all of the information we needed.
