Efficient friendly service
Libby was lovely, she dealt with our requests brilliantly,answered questions we had however silly and put our minds at rest when we didn't understand. She was friendly and kept me up to date with the process

Friendly, efficient and helpful
Libby handled our case via zoom, phone and email. She organised our appointments and all of our paperwork seamlessly, and dealt with our queries promptly. Although we didn't need extra assistance, Libby was extremely approachable and encouraged us to contact her if we needed support. She took the time to listen carefully and ensured that we had all of the information we needed.

Last will and testament
Having left it late to put my will together and not knowing what it entailed the help and understanding I received from Libby was second to none, if I was to require any legal services in the future Pepperells would be my solicitor of choice.

Calm and helpful
