On both appointments we were made welcome and at ease. During those appointments we were treated in a friendly manner and developed a confidence in the procedures. Explanations were not requested as there were no complications and all topics clear. Any we were not sure about before the appointment were cleared up without our having us to speak of them. Friendly and to the point at all times. we went in unsure of the procedures but came out confident that all was well.

Making a Will wasn’t top of my list of things I wanted to do, but was near the top of the list of things that had to be done. Alex made it as simple, straightforward and stress free as it could be. He has a manner that sets you at ease (the doggo under the desk helps too and is completely non-judgmental). The whole process was pain free and concluded with great efficiency. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the firm again and would recommend them without hesitation.
