Misleading
On three separate occasions, I was asked to re-sign documents because my signature allegedly didn’t match. However, apon looking at the document to re-sign, I noticed that they had additional or corrected information. This suggests the issue wasn’t with my signature but rather errors in the original documents, which they didn’t want to acknowledge. On one occasion, the link they provided didn’t even include the required documents. As a result, I had to spend over £15 on postage to resend documents, which was both frustrating and avoidable. Often I would message and never receive a reply on the app. So I would have to phone and at time the person I was speaking with spoke very fast and quietly so struggled to understand.

My first home purchase
Great people, Making sure all documents are in the correct legal order.
It is a boring long process to the point that I forgot that I was buying a house at one point.
Every thing is done between the solicitors seller's/buyer's, you only get contacted for confirmation, approval and signature.
They did take a load off my mind, there app show me the progress and the stage that the process is at.
Very good experience for my first home.

The worst conveyancing experience of my life
From the moment it took them nearly two weeks - and only then because I phoned to ask why there had been no progress - to request searches, I feared the worst. This was the simplest job I could have given them: buying a house with cash and no mortgage, no house of mine to sell, with an excellent property survey and no chain. I had to chase everything. Eventually they resorted to telling untruths to the vendor's solicitors (I have documentary proof so don't even think of suing me) twice to cover up their own lack of activity. Appalling service. They have taken on too many clients and I hope you are not one of them.

Sale and purchase
Pm Property Lawyers have not so good Google reviews but I don't think there being fare I was given mollie Lancaster team and they did what I payed them to do. Sometimes call back did not happen but I'm not there only client I'm really happy with mollies team and what thay did for me so thank you and yes I would use them again

Sale of house
Really good price. The sale went through . But it did take a bit longer than expected. Staff were decent and seemed very professional.

A difficult experience requiring professional support.
As an older person this experience was quite difficult that required a large amount of patience and trust. Every effort was made to grow and gain in confidence and allow the stressful situation to run smoothly. All through each stage I required assistance, and patience was shown as I was very unsure about sharing large amounts of information over the internet. To make the process easier I was allowed to visit my bank in person and carryout bank transfers with confidence. As I was dealing with two sets of solicitors, planning departments and architects all at the same time I found the whole experience very demanding and overpowering at times.

Don't use this firm if you want smooth service
Very slow and not proactive at dealing with matters. Extremely difficult to get through to someone to speak on the phone - on hold for over an hour and a half in the days prior to completion when attempting to address urgent matters, which if I hadn't been prompting them to act on, the sale would've fallen through. Significant post completion issues dealt with awfully, yet again on hold for long periods (20-30 minutes) in attempts to speak with the relevant team. No update provided on problems post completion, where you'd expect communication to be urgent. Certainly wouldn't use this firm again.
