Our last purchase was somewhat challenging and a particularly large chain. Sue dealt with our sale with professionalism and extreme care and attention, constantly keeping us informed of the process and stages throughout. Sue was always happy to answer queries and always available at the end of the phone. We couldn’t be more thankful for the great service. We wouldn’t use anybody else!

Sue Taylor and team
I have just used Sue who was ably assisted by Sam for a third conveyancing job, this last one was not straightforward as there were a few peculiar Land Registry issues. As in the previous jobs, they were very efficient and effective, and communicated very promptly and clearly to all involved parties. I have no hesitation in recommending them to take care of your legal property issues. A very satisfied customer!

All the WSP team were polite & efficient and Sue was great, and answered enquiries very quickly. Despite all the pressures they were under, they got the job done

Helpful and efficient
Sue Taylor and her team have been most efficient and helpful at all times, and given all the added complications brought on by Covid, have been prompt in communicating at each step of the conveyancing process.
