Nice offices, Nice people
I don't have much experience of solicitors in general but I have had one email and 3 WhatsApp messages requesting a review so here it is
Georgina acted professionally and communicated clearly and promptly and did everything needed in handling the estate within a reasonable period of time
I was personally surprised to find out the hourly rates but having looked around they seem to be on a parr with the market rates and they kept within the guide price mentioned in the initial letter.

Probate and Land Registry
Legal advice for submitting documents for probate and Land Registry was both helpful and practical

Georgina Donnellan Review.
I cannot recommend Georgina Donnellan more highly. She handled my mother in law, Ivy Wardle's estate and probate with expertise and skill in a very confident, efficient and friendly manner.
She was very quick in solving any problems and issues that arose, and was constantly ensuring things were kept moving.
She always responded well to any questions asked. An overall excellent service.

Probably the best in the area
Having heard good things, we chose C and S to help deal with our Mothers Estate after her passing - Inheritance Tax, Probate.
Suitably impressed, we continued to use them for the sale of her home which we achieved in a timely manner ensuring the Buyers benefited from Stamp Duty holiday. No mean feat considering the short space of time involved.
Both Georgina and Manish were incredibly efficient, knowledgeable of their respective subjects and very professional. Any issues were dealt with straight away.
Considering the restrictions that Covid brought about in 2020 and the race against the clock re: Stamp Duty holiday, it was a sterling effort.
