Excellent attention to detail

Thanks to Stuart Royden
We had a complex leasehold property and this was the second attempt to sell our property. We previously had a 9 month nightmare with a "conveyancing firm" and paid the price. Our property had a number of leases and different party's involved which made it complex and challenging.
Communication with Stuart and Amity was outstanding, a direct phone number if needed and generally a response by email in half an hour, communication always flowed and you would get a call if a more in depth explanation was needed.
The process for myself was a breeze compared to previous experiences. Prices are very fair for the service which you get. The process took around 16 weeks for us due to our property and a lengthy chain, half the time of our previous attempt.
We are extremely grateful to Stuart who got us over the line on this one and his other colleagues at Amity.
