Excellent Service Provided!
Watermans Solicitors were excellent throughout the sale of our property. We were kept fully consulted and informed at all times, with the staff being both pleasant and efficient. In particular Lindsey Garrad was excellent with her advice and managed to get us the sale that we were looking for. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Watermans to anyone looking to sell their property.

Despite the challenging market conditions we've faced, the support and guidance provided by Lindsey has been of the very highest level. Quick to leverage and share her experience Lindsey was also happy to listen to any feedback/comment, or concerns I may have pertaining to e.g., proposed marketing changes. All comm's with Lindsey, whether written or via telephone, were professional yet personable - we even managed a few good laughs despite the shortage of viewers at times. Been very grateful throughout the sales process, and I thank Lindsey for her continued support and patience.

Wonderful Watermans
I could not recommend Donna and all the team at Watermans highly enough. Having dealt with other estate agents previously, I can truly say they are a cut above the rest.
The presentation of the property, the photographs and the blurb were all presented immaculately and showed the property at its very best.
The team are always willing to go out their way to do anything for you. From advice, to carrying out viewings… and tidying away bits when you forget you have a viewing!
Lindsey on the sales team is a joy to speak to. Donna, Lindsey and Tzana are a true asset to the firm.
Aaron and Evie on the legal side have been great too and always on hand with quick updates and answers to ensure a seamless sale.

Brilliantly Professional and Friendly
Lindsey was brilliant from start to finish ,we had not moved house for over twenty years but Lindsey quickly put our minds at ease with her relaxed professional manner. Lindsey kept us updated on a regular basis and provided expert advice whenever required. Anytime Lindsey wasn’t available Donna and Emma stepped in seamlessly to ensure things ran smoothly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Watermans to anyone selling their house or to use any of the other services Watermans provide

Professional and Positive
We sold our flat through Watermans and the whole experience was very positive. The team were great to deal with, really felt that they had our best interests at heart throughout the process. Communication was good, and the advice we received was sound. It was easy to discuss potential approaches that we could take on our sale. On the couple of occasions when we needed a swift response it was forthcoming. Will recommend.

Brilliant service from an experienced team
