Exceptional Service with selling a property!
Rachael Fawthrop and her team Tanya Hastings, Frances Ross and Rittian Durrant did a fabulous job with conveyancing when I was selling my property. The team were really good on communication, efficiency to ensure we completed in record breaking time; 8 weeks! Tanya who dealt with me was extremely helpful and efficient during a sale which was quite protracted due to a change of buyer. But Tanya kept me well informed and was always contactable and able to offer constructive advice and smooth the process wherever possible…highly recommended.

Sale of property
Tanya was an excellent point of contact. Returning calls and emails promptly. The sale was drawn out and Tanya did her best to keep things moving. This is the first time I have sold a house, and I didn’t know what to expect. Some of the jargon needing explaining! I shall miss our weekly chats!

Excellent service from friendly, helpful business
Tanya was incredibly helpful when we sold our house. She was always happy to talk through fine points, and helped us through any tricky spots, always with a friendly, helpful and totally transparent approach. She always followed up with requests very quickly, and was proactive when dealing with other solicitors in our buying chain. She made us feel very confident and the whole process was a breeze - highly recommended.
