House Purchase
I have used Howe & Spender Solicitors over many years and received excellent service.
My recent experience , when Mr S. Alam Solicitor acted on my behalf in purchasing my new home. Mr Alam gave me excellent advice, as the purchase was not straight forward, but concluded with very pleasing results!

Purchasing New Property
We used Howe & Spender after my daughter used them in 2021 to buy a house.
Highly recommend Mr Alam and colleagues. Good experience, value for money, very professional and efficient. Kept us updated throughout the process, helpful and friendly at all times. Will be doing our wills next.

First House Purchase
Mr Alam at Howe and Spender was my conveyancer during my first time house purchase. He was very thorough and had mine and my lender's interest in mind when dealing with the queries, especially in regards to the Vendor's uncommunicative Conveyancer.
Although the completion date was delayed by a week, Mr Alam did the best he could to ensure we kept on track with the sale.

Brilliant
Souiful was very friendly & professional and explained things clearly. I would recommend Souiful. I found the receptionist extremely helpful. They answered my calls very quickly and gave assurance when I would receive a call back and chased any queries up for me. They are brilliant.
