My third time purchasing property and how I wish I'd discovered this law firm sooner!
Jennifer, Lesley and Claire worked on my purchase and I cannot think of a single fault. They were responsive to everything in a timely manner, got the sale through thoroughly and to the date I wanted. It generally felt like they were really working in my best interest (I wasn't just another number).
Being a local law firm was clearly evident, as their knowledge was exceptional.

Clear, concise and very professional
We worked with Lesley Quinn on a sale of our house and purchase of a new house. The transactions took place independently and so there was a lot going on at certain times. Throughout, Lesley and her team were constantly on the ball and in a did a great job of keeping things on track. She was professional, very easy to work with, at the times when you need to talk through things she made herself available and was a good sounding board. A job well done, thank you.

A difficult house move
My house move proved to be much more difficult than I could have imagined.
Throughout Lesley Quinn was very professional, calm and a constant help. She was also always available to answer any queries I might have.
She also made it possible for my son to be kept up to date with any transactions.
I will always be happy to recommend Lesley and Clifton Ingram.

Just Amazing service for house sale
Lesley Quinn has been exceptional with assisting with the sale of my deceased mother's flat.
There was a chain of 5 and me being at the top.
She responded to emails promptly and managed any concerns i had.
The process with the chain below wasnt as smooth as you would like, but Lesley kept me updated with information as soon as she received it.
I have used Lesley before on the purchase of my mothers flat in 2021, hence great service, so i returned to her. Honestly fab

Transfer Of Residential Property

House move
We have just recently moved into our new house after 10 months of our old house going on the market, we used Clifton Ingram for both the sale of our old house and the purchase of the new house, me and my wife are both pensioners so it was a bit of a stressful time, but everybody at Clifton Ingram were really helpful, reassurance when it was needed, explaining the same details several times to us, particularly Lesley Quinn who was excellent in dealing with with us.

Very professional and responsive
