Awful experience
Took ages to get a solicitor set up.. lack of communication. Everything left to the last minute then total panic stations. Other parties had trouble with lack if communication.

House sale
Very professional and transparent service. At each stage it was made clear what was happening and contact details supplied. I felt very supported throughout the whole process (which I had never done before).

Poor start but good finish
A very shaky start with serious communication problems and not meeting the expected timescales. The firm seemed to be struggling with a house sale by auction. However the sale changed to a standard sale process and the service did improve. At the end the service and communications with Reed who took over the case from the previous team were very good.

Cheap. Slow. Frustrating. Poor value.
Started cheap. Ended with additional cost but behind on timings. Wouldn’t use again. Took ages. Slow replies. Seller nearly pulled out as they were so slow and difficult to deal with

Great teamwork
Reed was very sufficient and kept me updated throughout the process. If it hadn’t been for Reed it would’ve taken longer to move house

Property sale
Reed dealt with the sale of a property for us following probate that a previous solicitor had messed up. He managed to unravel the previous error and the sale was completed in a timely pretty stress free manner. Highly recommended.
