From the outset, Keith was fully engaged and in-tune with my case and the circumstances leading to our preliminary discussion.
He outlined his proposed strategy in simple and understandable terms, highlighting the stages required to achieve the desired outcome.
Timely updating and appropriate revision throughout was excellent and, despite a number of curved ballsiourdirection, he always came up with alternative tactics which eventually led to a satisfactory final result.
What was a reasonably traumatic set of circumstances was made bearable by Keith’s humanity and keen sense of humour - not altogether expected traits in the field of legal conflict resolution!
I must also add my thanks for the input from Amber Rainford whom, in Keith’s occasional absence, ensured continued timely and effective communication. Her professionalism and acute awareness of the issues surrounding my case were very much appreciated.

Family Law - Financial
I wish I knew them earlier to also undertake my divorce and child's matters. Their aim is to solve your issue as quickly as possible and not drain you financially. They are quick, efficient, well-read, honest. I would definitely recommend.

excellent assistance with Section 21 Eviction procedure
We were assisted by Amber Rainford and Keith Holland at Smith & Co and they were basically faultless in their advice, service and execution of getting us through a difficult period where as landlords we needed to force an unwilling tenant to depart from one of our properties. Everything was clear, concise and cost efficient compared relatively speaking to what we had expected. We would not hesitate to use them again.
