Salim qualified as a Solicitor in 2014 and is accredited as a Supervising Senior Caseworker under the law society’s immigration and asylum accreditation scheme. Salim has over 13 years experience in practising immigration law. He has extensive experience in all types of immigration matters including preparing asylum and immigration appeals, fresh claims, entry clearance applications, family and private life applications, EEA applications and complex applications outside the immigration rules. Salim also has experience in business immigration matters including advising on sponsorship licence applications. Salim also has considerable experience in conducting advocacy at the First-tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal, Immigration and Asylum Chamber. Salim has a track proven track record of achieving positive outcomes for his clients. His aim is to always endeavour to achieve the best outcomes for his clients. With his calm, approachable and empathetic nature, Salim puts clients at ease and is determined to provide a great service to clients keeping clients updated at regular intervals. Salim graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with an LLB (Hons) in Law obtaining a 2.1. He then went on to successfully complete the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the same university. Salim is also fluent in Urdu and Punjabi and can advise clients in these languages.
