Great support and service
Serena worked consistently and persistently to get as fast as resolution to my case as possible. All advice was clear and the process outlined from the start.
She was in regular contact with me despite the police taking a considerable time to process the application. This was really appreciated as it was several months in the waiting.
I would highly recommend Serena and Poole Alcock to anyone.
