I have just completed the sale of a managed property. Recommend without hesitation

Best solicitors, I bought a new house with them.
Very nice people, very efficient, emails were very clear and easy to follow, I was kept updated, they were quick at each job, affordable and easy to access like drop things off and arrange to see someone, car park access, there's always someone to pick up the phone. It Was a very pleasant and stress free experience! I didn't have any unexpected surprise costs, just had to pay what I was quoted to begin with.

Lastminute.com but we got there!
Despite having the goalposts moved (the vendor was insistent about completion by the end of the financial year) Frances moved heaven and earth to get it all done. Well done, and thank you 😊

Sale and Purchase of property
Frances was our Solicitor for the sale of our flat and purchase of our new property.
She kept is in the loop at all time and answered all the questions we had for her (and there was a lot of questions)
Frances always called back even when she wasn’t available and did relieve some stress from the transaction!
Really honest and friendly Solicitor and would definitely recommend / use again in the future!

Fantastic Frances
We all know how stressful buying and selling houses is. Especially when a sale falls through and you have to start the process over again. Frances has been very approachable, professional and a complete pleasure to have on board with this transaction. Always answered emails, questions and happy to talk on the phone each week for updates. A real credit to any company and highly recommended. I’d certainly employ Michael Smith & Co for any further legal work (as long as I can deal with Frances). Thank you Frances.

Frances was brilliant!
I was in the process of selling my home and Frances was brilliant. She started with the firm part way through the sale and took over my sale when she began. Frances worked incredibly hard to get my sale completed. It took quite a while, through no fault of the firms, however she kept me updated and calm even when I was finding it all overwhelming and stressful. I would, and will, recommend her to anyone.
