Great first time Support.
This was my first experience of selling a house in 67 years!
I felt that I had good support throughout the process, and believe that if Beverly Davison had been able to handle the sale from both my side as seller, and on behalf of the prospective buyer, then the whole matter would have been settled in record time.

Property Sale Litigation
Beverly came highly recommended from a close friend and the speed , transparency , patience and advice in a daunting process proved to be second to none!
Exemplary in every way, the process was transparent, clearly communicated from start to finish and for the services provided very reasonable charged, in fact Beverly and her team were pushing me along to collate some difficult to obtain installers certificates to expedite exchange and completion.

House move
I was asked frequently by friends & family “how’s the house move going” over the previous few months. I think my reply to everyone was “it’s progressing slowly but I’m so impressed with my solicitors”.
I’ve heard some nightmare stories about firms taking weeks to reply and having to chase for updates but with David Barney & Co. it was actually them doing all the chasing off their own back!
We had a deadline of March 31st to complete (due to the stamp duty changes coming into effect in April) which we set at the start when we had an offer accepted on a property in early November.
Here I am on March 26th, writing this review having moved in 2 weeks ago!
I found Beverly, Mark, Sam & Stevie-Jean all extremely personable, approachable, polite and knowledgable and I’ve already reccomended David Barney & Co. to a family friend who is in the process of moving.
There were a few minor hiccups along the way (mainly caused by our buyers) but they were all resolved extremely quickly.
I don’t think I had to wait longer than an hour for a response to any of the questions/emails that I sent and in one instance, Mark & Beverly were replying to me at 8pm on a Friday evening!!
I was expecting the moving day itself to be extremely stressful and for there to be a lot of waiting around but I received a call from Sam at 10am that morning saying the money had all gone through.
Their communication and efficiency was second to none and I can’t thank the whole team enough!
