Helpful and understanding
I found the staff at Ringrose Law to be helpful and polite. I felt Paulette listened to me and took the time to understand my particular situation. I felt supported by Paulette and able to make informed decisions, but never pressured into doing something I wasn't sure of. She was clear and honest which I appreciated. I would not hesitate to use this firm again and in particular Paulette.

Consent order
I was made to feel that Ringrose law were not on my side.
Information given to me was poor. Eg, meeting in July didn’t offer crucial information about applying for CEV This was presented to me in September. Therefore causing a significant delay in proceedings.
Your office recorded my telephone number incorrectly, so you couldn’t ring me.
The company added to my stress rather than make the process easier. The personal interactions not conducted in a particularly friendly manner. Staff could have been more understanding and conciliatory.
