Objection to flue on current property
I had a very brief discussion with Adrian about a long outstanding matter regarding a flue which was erected without committee permission.
His advice has been very solid and I now have a clear understanding of the issue
As it is slightly complex, it is best that personally I do nothing until the point of selling the property.

Really helpful

Contract Advice
Adrian helped me to understand what, to me, was a very complex and obscure set of Terms of Business relating to a property sale. Adrian read a distributor agreement that we are in to give us some expert advice on various aspects of the deal that we were looking to review. He gave a quick expert summary of where we stood and the chances we had on the options we were considering and saved us much unnecessary expense.

A tricky situation expertly resolved
I have had an issue with a property for a number of years and tried to sort it our myself using Google. I had come to a shuddering halt with where to go next. At the time I was already using Crane and Staples for conveyancing work (which i can also recommend) and asked them if they could help with my situation. They sent my query to Adrian Boulter who called me the same day and within a single consultancy had put my mind at ease and gave me a legal and definite path to follow which will save me a lot of money and resolve the issue. Adrian is great and my lesson learnt is bring the professionals early.
