Residential Lease Extension

Max green and the churchers team provided conveyancing services for buying / selling our old and new house.
Max handled the process extremely efficiently and was excellent from start to finish including dealing with a seller who was not particularly responsive. Whole transaction was wrapped up in 3 months (which as I understand is relatively swift in a conveyancing chain)
All in all a pleasure to deal with and would recommend 10/10

Superb, friendly serv8ce
Was apprehensive about asking Max to act for me again after a failed house move in 2023 but am so glad I did as he was was just brilliant & had such a calming effect on me when I was so stressed at times.

ILA on Mortgage
Max was very prompt and professional in dealing with my request for independent legal advice relating to my son's mortgage. He prepared all the documents in advance and booked me an appointment quickly upon it becoming necessary to deliver the papers to the mortgage lender.
