House Purchase RTB
We contacted Paula after recommendation for using her to purchase a property. We couldn’t be more pleased we used her. Nothing was never to much hassle, she’s always responsive and kept us in the loop & had to deal with all sorts of trouble. We finally got are house purchased today and couldn’t thank her and her teams at Wollens enough. Will be using her again for sure!!

Wonder Woman
Paula's expertise and experience, not only of the legal processes but also regarding interpersonal negotiations with the freeholder, were invaluable.

Purchased plot of land
We used Wollens to assist us in purchasing a plot of land.
The experience was made even better knowing we had the support of Paula Wakeling-Basham.
Paula was both professional together with adding that personal service, Paula even provided photographs to help with the sale of the land while we were out of the country.
Paula went over and above to support us with the purchase providing expert advice.
We will always use the practice and Paula when we need legal advice.
