Assistance with intestacy
Excellent advice on initial telephone contact, very quick appointment. I felt very comfortable during appointment, and received clear advice, followed up promptly with action and emails confirming our discussion and subsequent actions taken. A good experience.

Gemma Tyrrell Probate
Due to a family dynamic that wasnt pleasant I handed over the reins of dealling with the probate and winding up of my late partners estate, as it was also only fitting as Eric Robinson were responsible for drawing up her Last Will and testament.
Gemma was all ways ready to answer any questions or qureies and kept me up to date with the progress on winding up of the estate. Once everything was in place Gemma was able to finalise the everything very quicly and efficiently

Probate services
I have been through difficult process of closing down my mother’s affairs, Gemma Tyrell has helped with the finances and seeking probate etc, she kept in touch with me throughout and was always polite and considerate, the process is now over and I am very happy with the service provided & would recommend to others.
