The best!
We first used Halina 8 years ago to buy our first house in London, she was so good we managed to track her down to handle the sale of our house in London and the purchase of a new home in Devon, yet again she was fantastic and worked hard even on her days off when issues arose with the new house. The fact that we took the time to find Halina to use again should speak volumes and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend whole heartedly.

Selling up in London and moving to the countryside during a global pandemic was never going to be the easiest ride, but Halina and her team at Trethowans Southampton were absolutely fantastic every step of the way. Although they weren't local to us, they came recommended by my mortgage broker (after our old family solicitor had retired) and Trethowans proved to be everything he promised and more. The team were proactive on both the sale and following purchase from start to finish, kept us fully informed throughout the process and we never had to chase for information. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Property Purchase and Re Mortgages
Having used Trethowans for many years for all of my property legals, I have no hesitation in leaving a 5 Star review. From returning calls when they say they will to quick purchases from auctions you won't find better, excellent service.
