In a conveyancing matter I was acting as the Surveyor/agent for the buyer and Rachel Gaylor of THP was acting for the buyer in the conveyancing process.
Rachel completed the purchase in less than 2 weeks, this was, in large part, due to Rachel and the sellers solicitor working in a most professionally yet collaboratively together in a way that benefited both parties.
I have been in practice over 40 years, I sadly see a lot a lawyers who in this time would not have even made contact with the lawyer on the other side yet alone completed the matter. I have worked with Rachel and THP for nearly 20 years, they are always professional and I am pleased to recommend the firm.
