We chose Oliver and Co Solicitors for the conveyancing of our house sale and ongoing purchase based on a friend’s recommendation, and I’m so glad we did. They were outstanding throughout a challenging chain, managing numerous issues and delays with professionalism and care. A special thanks to Charlotte, who made us feel as though our transaction was as important to her as it was to us. We’re really happy with the service we received from Oliver and Co. Charlotte Doherty-Jones in particular was so friendly and helpful throughout the moving process, she would be at the end of the phone to support right away if any issues cropped up so we were able to sort them quickly. Charlotte chose to work late on one or two occasions to ensure exchange and completion were done on time which we didn’t expect but it definitely helped us and the rest of the chain to move on our chosen date. A fantastic service from Charlotte and the team!

We used Oliver & Co as first time buyers and could honestly not fault them. Elan, Sean, and Brittany were so helpful throughout the entirety of the sale, and couldn’t have done more for us. They kept in constant contact with us throughout, and nothing was too much trouble. Emails were answered within a few hours and their app was updated immediately , which was so helpful to see how things were proceeding. Fantastic service throughout , would highly recommend
