We had an amazing experience with Valerie Holmes. Our conveyancer Stephanie Boocock was incredible.
We had an extremely tight deadline that seemed impossible, in a market where your average house move seems to be >6 months. And yet Stephanie performed the miraculous and we moved in to our house in record time, beating the stamp duty deadline. She was extremely helpful and informative throughout the process, keeping us up to date with all news and providing us with all the tools we needed to get the move done swiftly. She fought for us, got all other parties moving quickly and was a pleasure to work with.

Efficient, prompt and very good value
I have received excellent service from Valerie Holmes Law - from making my initial enquiries to performing and completing the work. Clear email instructions and prompt replies to any emails I sent. And all done for a very decent fee indeed. A winner in all respects! I would not hesitate to use this firm again.

Property Sale
Some early problems with communication, possibly due to their relocation, but once rectified they were excellent. Could not have asked for more. Quick, effective and pleasant to work with.

Got there in the end !
Thank you for your work on our house sale and purchase journey at a time which was extra pressurised for everyone concerned due to imminent Stamp Duty increases and personal Circumstances which meant we had to get moved in a timely manner . Stephanie was understanding of our situation and kept the pressure up for us .

Fabulous
After changing solicitors half way through the sale of my flat, Stephanie was a breath of fresh air. She gave me regular updates & kept me informed every step of the way. She was also very responsive and really put my mind at ease

Trustworthy and responsive
Although the process took 7months (due to the property being shared ownership), I am really happy with how responsive and proactive my solicitor was. Even after completion!

Transfer of equity
After a very stressful divorce and going through court for child issues and finances, the final phase to conclude everything was the transfer of equity. To which was made easy with the help and guidence from stephanie. She kept me upto date with everything and made things very smooth. Would highly recommend

Good support and quality service
