Transfer of equity
After a very stressful divorce and going through court for child issues and finances, the final phase to conclude everything was the transfer of equity. To which was made easy with the help and guidence from stephanie. She kept me upto date with everything and made things very smooth. Would highly recommend

Good support and quality service
I felt supported by our conveyancer Steph, and she was knowledgeable and advised me on different matters. The purchase went through in a timely manner, and she replied to emails and queries quickly. I would recommend them.

Sale of part ownership property
Was a lengthy process ( but not the fault of solicitors) but went ver smoothly . Solicitors were always available if needed , & all staff were very friendly helpful & approachable .

Very Good Conveyors
We have just used Valerie Holmes Law for the sale of our house in Brighouse. They were one of the best solicitors or conveyors I have used I have used a lot over the years. Stephanie Boocock & her staff were excellent, one night for example Steph replied to an email I sent her as she knew I was on holiday the following day.

Excellent Service From Valerie Holmes Law
This was the first time we have used Valerie Holmes Law but I would certainly use them again & would recommend anyone to use them. Conveyancer Stephanie Boocock gave me some of the best service I have ever had from a solicitor or conveyancer & I have used many over the years.
