My brother has terminal cancer and is in a hospice. His condition took a dramatic downturn over the weekend which resulted in him being unable to travel to Watermans office to sign the will. Watermans Amy Kennedy visited my brother in the hospice, outside of office hours, to ensure the will was signed and properly witnessed. She was brilliant throughout and the family can’t thank her and Watermans enough for their help during a very difficult time.

Very good service drafting first wills

Hassle Free Service
After my Grandfather passed away i was looking for a company to look after everything legally being transferred over to my Grandmother and Amy at Watermans helped with sorting out everything, I ended up getting Amy to do all my Mother's Will and POA aswell as it was made so hassle free for me.

Friendly, professional and helpful team
I had a great experience using Watermen’s for drafting up my will. Amy was helpful, supportive, professional about the whole process. the staff were so kind about me having to bring along my three young kids. They even provided coloring books and crayons which was amazing. They made the whole process really easy and responded quickly to all my questions and I’m so happy I chose this firm. Highly recommend.

Family affairs
Great experience over the past year when Amy and her colleagues assisted us to resolve problems we had with our Family Trusts and other personal matters. Highly recommended
We had such a good experience with Watermans when we bought our first home that asking them to help with our first wills seemed a no brainier. Amy certainly lived up to our high expectations! She was professional and patient, explaining all our options and being genuinely interested in finding out exactly what we wanted and needed.
