I was recently purchasing a new home and was so pleased to be able to find Sarah Trickey at Blanchards Bailey. Sarah had previously acted as conveyancer for me but had moved from the previous company. Her no nonsense attitude, sense of humour and professional manner made my house move so much easier and the price was right too! A sterling service
Blanchards Bailey have out-performed all expectations during our most recent house purchase. Their proactivity and tenacity to see the purchase through to completion made way for a very pleasant and stress-free transaction. Despite travelling continually with work, distance was no issue or delay thanks to their pragmatic and understanding approach. Blanchards Bailey receive my strongest National & International recommendation. A must.
