I wish I had found Miriam earlier
I have just had an absolutely brilliant service from Miriam and the team at John M Lewis & Co, at very short notice, and they saved the day for me. I had a last minute disaster which was delaying my remortgage completion. The team were friendly, efficient, and saw me with a couple of hours. I walked away with everything completely sorted at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend :)

It took a while …
It took 22 weeks to complete the purchase, my solicitor was thorough and ensured all the details were completed to a high standard. Do feel like more pressure could have been placed on the vendors solicitor but understand the delay was not due to actions of my solicitor

Would not recommend
I have used this firm for numerous house sales and purchases over the years. They used to be great. On this occasion there were errors, very poor communication and a serious lack of professionalism. I am disappointed with the service and will not use again.

Good experience and easy to contact our solicitor
The purchase of our holiday home was pretty relaxed, Miriam kept us up to date and was always responsive to our emails. At the final hurdle she kept us in the loop and all in all we had a very pleasant buying experience and would use this company again.
