First Class Service
Richard explained everything fully in a friendly mannor. He made the process easy to follow. Explained matters we did not fully understand. Also kept us up to date.
Reception was friendly and made us feel at ease. Lorraine was very welcoming. After ringing round solicitors, we found the cost reasonable and a trusted name in Suffolk.

Very slow process
We went to Gotelee for two simple revisions of our Wills. This process has taken nine months to complete. During this time, communication was poor. The draft Wills were inaccurate, requiring multiple revisions. This is at odds with our previous experiences of Gotelee, which were excellent.

Client Review
The solicitor appointed by Gotelee to deal with my request to register my son and son-in-law as legal powers of attorney, kindly agreed to come to my house, as I am no longer able to drive. From our fist meeting, I was impressed by his approach; engaging and considerate in explaining the whole process to me and, in subsequent conversations and messages, staying in close contact until the LPAs were registered and complete.
