Serena joined Nelsons in October 2022 as a Trainee Solicitor, qualifying in October 2024. Serena is an Associate in our expert Dispute Resolution team, specialising in commercial litigation and intellectual property matters. Serena advises on intellectual property matters, including trade mark filing and prosecution, as well as handling opposition, invalidation, and cancellation proceedings before the Intellectual Property Office. She is adept at managing contract disputes, director and shareholder disputes, including unfair prejudice claims, and partnership disputes. Her expertise also extends to insolvency litigation, debt recovery, and property litigation.
